available at any time
either at Dona Lidia's home in a nearby
village or at your hotel
with or with 
an accompanying tour  







Exploring  Indigenous  Healing Techniques

The traditional healing systems we'll 
learn about include local indigeous Mayan 
practices,  Qi Gong - an important modality
 of Traditional Chinese Medicine 
and the basics of 
Ayurvedic Wellness, emphasizing food. 

We ran this workshop in July of 2019 ... 
It was fabulous ! .. will run again

****  I know I know .. I've been saying Cuba and other locations for years... 
However I finally got to Cuba this year, loved it and was working on setting that up .  
However our world has changed regarding travel, so we'll have to see what happens.

spirituality 
and healing practices, 
which may include 
dance and movement, 
and volunteer/social justice  work ....
